Flaxseed Egg Substitute

Yields: 1 Egg (Equivalent)

Ground flaxseed is an excellent alternative when baking and can helps twist some of your favorite recipes into one that is vegan and more nutritious and are a precursors to omega-3 fatty acids. This being important because it can aid in brain function and growth.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp – Ground Flaxseed

3 Tbsp – Water

Instructions:

Step 1 – Combine ground flaxseed and water in small bowl. Leave in refridgeorator for 15 minutes.

Step 2 – Use as an egg substitute in any baking project.
